CUPOLA TOWER AND BASE - Cupolas are available in a number of standard sizes. The tower and base can be square (four-sided) or hexagonal (six-sided). The cupolas are constructed with specially selected wood materials. Design features include:
- More louvers for increased ventilation as well as sharper definition and an enhanced appearance of height.
- Specially designed structural locator blocks which secure the cupola base and tower, ensuring an accurate, secure fit.
- Optional insect screen for the inside of louvers, allowing ventilation while helping prevent insect infiltration.
CUPOLA ROOF - Choose from copper or aluminum roofing material, cut, shaped and secured with high-quality adhesive and strategically placed staples. This insures clean, attractive sight lines. Other roof features are:
- An improved wrap-around corner design...simple, strong, attractive.
- A specially routed internal ridge post that securely binds the roof rafters to the cupola top, adding strength for attaching a weathervane and stabilizing the entire roof.
WEATHERVANES AND FINIALS - Accent Millworks cupolas are adorned with handsome weathervanes in 165 distinctive designs, various sizes and colorful finishes. Elegant finials and spires add a finishing touch of class to custom-designed cupolas for contemporary homes. Consult our listing of available ornaments.
All Accent Millwork cupolas are ready for weathervane installation. No additional roof mounting or hardware in required.
